I. Product Introduction The PXI-6512 is an industrial-grade 64-channel isolated digital output module from NI (Emerson). It is a 3U single-slot PXI, featuring 8 groups of isolated channels, ±30 V wide voltage range, and a 350 mA current source output per channel. It comes with a watchdog, programmable power-on status, change detection, and input filtering. It is specifically designed for strong-interference industrial field actuator control. It is purely an output module without input, produced by NI.

Installation and Power On

Operating Temperature: 0–55℃. Keep the air ducts unobstructed and avoid overloading due to high temperatures.

Wiring and Operation

Avoid frequent plugging and unplugging of the 100-pin interface; it is recommended to use the CB-100 isolation wiring box for intermediate connection.

Output Voltage: **≤30 V**, Current per channel: **≤350 mA**, Do not short circuit; use shielded twisted pair for long distances, keep away from strong electricity / motors.

Watchdog Timeout Time: Set according to safety requirements (100–500 ms), ensuring rapid response to faults.
