VII. Operating and Maintenance Instructions
Installation and Power On
Disconnect the power card, and ensure the chassis is reliably grounded; after powering on, NI-DAQmx self-checks without preheating.
Operating Temperature: 0–55℃. Keep the air ducts unobstructed and avoid high temperatures.
Wiring and Operation
Avoid frequent plugging and unplugging of the 100-pin interface; it is recommended to use the CB-100 wiring box for intermediate connection.
Output **≤ 24 mA / channel**, avoid overcurrent; Input voltage **≤ 5.5 V**, be aware of the ±20 V protection limit.
Use shielded twisted-pair cables for long distances, and keep away from strong electricity / motor interference sources.
Daily Maintenance
Keep the interface clean, and prevent dust accumulation when not in use for a long time; no calibration required, and regularly check the tightness of the connection terminals.
Fuse blowout requires factory repair; do not replace it yourself.
