VII. Installation and Maintenance Instructions
Installation and Power On
Disconnect the power, insert the single slot, and ensure reliable grounding of the chassis; after powering on, NI-DAQmx self-checks, preheats for 10 minutes.
Operating Temperature: 0 to 55℃. Keep the air duct unobstructed and avoid blocking the fan.
Wiring and Operation
Use shielded twisted pair for analog input; differential connection is preferred in strong interference scenarios.
Input voltage does not exceed ±10 V; 68-pin interface is designed to avoid frequent plugging and unplugging; it is recommended to be connected with a wiring box.
When multiple modules are synchronized, the PXI 10 MHz reference and trigger bus are shared.
Daily maintenance and calibration
It is recommended to conduct a traceable calibration once a year; the built-in self-calibration compensates for temperature drift.
Keep the interface clean; prevent dust accumulation when it is not in use for a long time; keep away from strong vibrations and condensation.
