Core functions
High-precision dynamic signal acquisition: 24-bit + 120dB dynamic range, suitable for weak vibration/acoustic signals.
IEPE sensors direct compatibility: Built-in constant current source, directly drives accelerometers, microphones.
Flexible range and coupling: 6 voltage ranges, AC/DC switch, suitable for voltage/charge type sensors.
Synchronization and trigger: Multi-card synchronization, external trigger, supports multi-channel parallel testing.
Anti-aliasing filter: Hardware low-pass, ensures frequency domain measurement accuracy. Application scenario
Automotive: NVH (noise, vibration and acoustic roughness) testing, engine / chassis vibration analysis.
Aerospace: Structural vibration, modal analysis, sensor calibration.
Audio: Speaker/microphone frequency response, distortion, noise testing.
Industrial: Equipment condition monitoring, bearing fault diagnosis, strain / pressure dynamic measurement.
Installation and maintenance Installation
Insert the PXI 3U slot and fix the panel; use BNC connectors for sensors / signal sources.
Install the NI-DAQmx driver, and LabVIEW will automatically recognize and configure it. Maintenance
Regular maintenance: Inspect BNC connectors, shield grounding, and chassis fan cooling.
Calibration: The original factory no longer offers calibration services. Calibration is based on historical records of used parts. Fault diagnosis
No signal: Check IEPE current settings, BNC connection, and sensor power supply.
High noise: Confirm shielding grounding, keep away from strong electricity, and remove AC coupling to filter out DC.
Asynchronous: Check the connection of PXI clock/trigger lines.
