Seven. Usage and Maintenance Instructions

(1) Installation and Power On

Disconnect power, insert PXI single slot, tighten panel screws; high-end version connects to APS-4100 auxiliary power supply NI.

Power on for 15 minutes for preheating to ensure accuracy; NI MAX confirms the equipment is normal and self-checks without errors.

(2) Wiring and Operation

Isolated channels wiring: CH1/CH2 must be connected to isolated GND to avoid mixed connection with system ground causing ground loops.

Current limit setting: Set a reasonable upper limit for current based on the load to prevent overcurrent damage to the load.

Channel expansion: Ensure voltage consistency when parallel; ensure matching isolation level when series NI.

High-voltage operation: Pay attention to insulation when ±20 V output is provided to avoid short circuits.

(3) Maintenance and Calibration

Regular calibration: Once per year external traceability calibration; daily internal self-calibration to compensate for temperature drift.

Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean dust from connection terminals, keep dry; disconnect power and prevent dust when idle for a long time.

Environmental control: Working environment 0 ℃~55 ℃, no condensation, away from strong vibration / strong electromagnetic interference.

Usage Prohibitions: Do not use beyond overvoltage / overcurrent limits; avoid frequent short circuit impacts; isolated channels must not be operated with grounding.
