    • VII. User and Maintenance Instructions

    • Installation:

    • Rack: 6U standard cabinet, fixed front and rear rails, reserved 150 mm front and rear ventilation space.

    • Desktop: Install inclined foot pads, place stably, avoid blocking ventilation ports.

    • Modules: Unplug and plug in power off, tighten the fixing screws; add lock in high-vibration environments.

    • Power-on and Operation:

    • Connect 90–264 VAC, turn on the front panel power switch, the LED lights up normally.

    • The controller automatically recognizes the modules, after installing NI-MAX and drivers, configure the trigger routing and clock synchronization.

    • Fans: Default automatic speed regulation; in high-load/high-temperature environments, can be manually set to high speed.

    • Daily Maintenance:

    • Cleaning: Clean the fan filter and ventilation ports of the fan every quarter after power off, to avoid blockage.

    • Environment: Working temperature 0–55 °C, humidity < 60% RH, away from strong electromagnetic interference.

    • Power Maintenance: Regularly check the power module, when there is a fault, directly plug and unplug for replacement, to reduce downtime.

    • Static Protection: When plugging and unplugging the modules, wear an anti-static wristband to ensure good grounding.
