V. Core Functions
Integrated Remote Control: Built-in MXI-Express, directly connects to PC, eliminates independent controller, simplifies remote / distributed testing architecture NI.
5-slot Expansion Capability: 5 peripheral slots, suitable for multi-module systems, balancing compactness and scalability NI.
Efficient Cooling Design: 300 W power supply + 25 W cooling per slot, intelligent fan speed control, stable operation under high load.
High Precision Synchronization: 10 MHz low-jitter clock + star trigger, ensures multi-module timing consistency.
General Compatibility: Plug-and-play 3U PXI/CompactPCI modules, compatible with NI and third-party modules.
VI. Application Scenarios
Remote / Distributed Testing: Field measurement and control outside the room, vehicle / airborne testing, remote data acquisition in the laboratory NI.
Automotive Electronic Testing: ECU function testing, sensor signal acquisition, vehicle bus monitoring NI.
Small and Medium-sized Automation Testing: Electronic product function testing, multi-station detection on the production line, equipment status monitoring NI.
Portable / Field Measurement Control: On-site fault diagnosis, field equipment detection, mobile data acquisition system NI.
VII. Installation and Maintenance Instructions
Installation: Rack: 4U standard cabinet, with fixed rails/screws, and reserved space for front and rear ventilation.
Desktop / Portable: Install optional foot pads and side handles for stable placement, avoiding blocking the ventilation openings.
Modules: Insert 3U PXI/CompactPCI modules when power is off, and tighten the fixing screws.
Power On and Operation:
Connect to 90–264 VAC, turn on the power switch, and the status LED will light up normally.
PC end install MXI-Express driver, and through MAX configuration, the module can be remotely controlled.
Daily Maintenance:
Cleaning: After power off, use a soft-bristled brush to clean the dust on the bottom intake and rear/top exhaust filters. Replace the fan filter regularly.
Environment: Avoid humidity, dust, and strong electromagnetic interference; operating temperature 0–50 °C. Electrostatic protection: When plugging or unplugging the module, wear an anti-static wristband to prevent the board cards from being damaged by static electricity.
