VII. Installation and Maintenance Instructions
Installation:
Rack: 4U standard cabinet, fixed rails / screws.
Desktop: Install foot pads, place stably; avoid blocking ventilation ports.
Modules: Power off and plug out, tighten the fixing screws to prevent vibration loosening.
Power-on Operation:
Connect 90–264 VAC, turn on the power switch.
The controller automatically recognizes the module, installs the driver, and then it can be used.
Daily Maintenance:
Cleaning: After power off, use a soft-bristled brush to clean the dust in the front and rear ventilation ports to prevent overheating.
Environment: Avoid moisture, dust, strong electromagnetic interference; operating temperature 0–50 °C. Electrostatic protection: When plugging or unplugging the module, wear an anti-static wristband to prevent the board cards from being damaged by static electricity.
