Rail installation: Align the preamplifier clip with the 35mm DIN rail and press down to secure; the base comes with insulation, no additional insulation board required
Impedance matching: Confirm 50Ω for the entire system (probe + cable + preamplifier), do not cut the cable
Gap setting:
Recommended gap: 1.27 mm (50 mils, -9 VDC)
Measure the voltage between "COM" and "OUT" terminals with a multimeter, fine-tune the probe to the target value and lock it
Cable wiring: Bend radius ≥ 25mm, avoid sharp bends; single-ended grounding (cabinet end grounded, probe end floating)
