BENTLY NEVADA 3500/20 RACK INTERFACE MODULE (RIM)

Bently Nevada 3500/20 is a rack interface module (RIM) for Bently Nevada 3500 series machinery protection and vibration monitoring system (Baker Hughes). This RIM communication interface card acts as the main gateway for the 3500 rack, handling rack configuration, data exchange and host communication. It is installed in slot 1 of the rack (adjacent to power supply modules). This RIM module has front-panel RS232 local commissioning port, rear RS232/RS422 bus for multi-rack daisy-chaining, supports TDXnet, TDIX and DDIX external communication processors. It features LED status indicators and hardware self-diagnosis.
