3. Usage Instructions
Installation: Insert into SC510 / SC520 / SC520M carrier board slot; horizontal installation inside control cabinet.
Wiring: Use dedicated shielded twisted-pair cables for MB300 bus wiring; strictly separate power and signal lines.
Debugging: Configure MB300 bus address and communication logic via Control Builder software.
Operation: Observe communication status LED; monitor bus load and data synchronization status in real time.
Maintenance: Regularly clean dust; check terminal fastening and shielding grounding condition every six months.
4. Important Precautions
Do not install in humid, condensed water, dusty and corrosive gas environments.
Keep away from high-power frequency converters to avoid MB300 bus signal interference.
