cFP-2100

National Instruments Compact FieldPoint Real-Time Controller

1. General Description

The cFP-2100 is an upgraded embedded real-time controller in the NI Compact FieldPoint 2100 series. It integrates an 8-slot I/O backplane, Ethernet, and one RS-232 serial port in a single compact industrial unit. Compared with the older cFP-2000 series, it features a faster processor and larger memory, designed for standalone automation, distributed I/O control, and remote data logging. This device is end-of-life legacy hardware.
