MVME167-001B is a 6U VME single-height industrial single-board computer (SBC) from Motorola/Emerson. It is an upgraded version of 001A (revision B), with the core architecture remaining the same. It mainly enhances memory configuration, hardware reliability, and compatibility, targeting more stable general-purpose embedded industrial control, data acquisition, and medium-load scenarios.

DRAM: Default 32MB 32-bit, with parity check (001A defaults to 4MB, B version标配 larger memory), supports ECC as an option.

SRAM: 128KB, with battery backup, data retention upon power loss, same as 001A.

Flash/ROM: 4×44-pin PLCC socket, 2 32-bit storage units, supports firmware固化.
