L+2/L- Power Input 2 Backup 24VDC positive / negative (Redundancy 2)
F1~F18 Output Circuit 1~18 Controlled 24VDC Output (with fuse)
ALARM Relay Contact Fuse Fault Alarm (Normally Open / Normally Closed)
LED Indicator Light Status Display Normal Power (Green), Circuit Fault (Red)
IV. Safety Features
SIL3 Level Redundancy: Dual power input + Dual Bus Redundancy, no single-point failure, compliant with IEC 61508.
Independent Circuit Protection: 18 Independent Circuit Breakers, single circuit fault does not spread, protecting downstream I/O and controller.
Real-time Monitoring and Alarm: Each LED status + Relay Contact Alarm, quickly locate faulty circuit, shorten downtime.
Fault Safety Design: Module loses power / severe fault, output circuit automatically cuts off to ensure safety state.
V. Installation and Wiring
Installation: Fixed in 3U position of 19-inch rack, with an upper and lower spacing of ≥50mm for heat dissipation; away from strong electricity / frequency converter.
Power Input:
Redundancy Configuration: L+1/L - Primary power supply, L+2/L - Backup power supply, dual power supplies are independently grounded.
Wire Diameter: ≥4mm² copper wire, single-ended grounding of shielding layer, terminal tightening torque ≥1.2N・m.
Output Circuit:
F1~F18 Connect to on-site I/O modules, sensors, actuators, each load ≤16A.
Circuit Breaker Selection: Recommended E-T-A 22IO series (4~10A), unused circuits are disabled or short-circuited.
Alarm Wiring: ALARM Relay Contact connects to the system DI, triggers SIS alarm when faulty.
VI. Debugging and Maintenance
Power-on Test: Both power supplies have LED constantly on; all circuits have LED green; no alarm output.
Configuration: SILworX software configures circuit alarm thresholds and redundancy mode.
Daily Maintenance: Check wiring tightness, circuit breaker status, LED indication every 6 months; dust removal, test alarm circuits.
Fault Troubleshooting:
Single Circuit Red Light: Overload / Short Circuit → Power-off check load, replace circuit breaker;
Dual Power Supply Alarm: Input phase missing / voltage abnormal → Investigate power redundancy configuration;
No Output: Bus Fault → Restart module or replace redundant power supply.
VII. Typical Applications
Petroleum / Chemical: SIS System Cabinet 24VDC Power Supply Centralized Distribution, I/O Modules / On-site Instruments Power Supply Protection;
Oil and Gas / Power: ESD System Redundant Power Management, Critical Actuators (Valves / Pumps) Power Circuit Monitoring;
Applicable Scenarios: H41q/H51q System requires SIL3 level, large current, multi-circuit power distribution for safety-critical scenarios
