Description
ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 Product Description
Overview
ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 is a fixed type air circuit breaker from the ABB SACE Megamax F series, designed for main low-voltage power distribution protection. ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 provides reliable protection for transformers, main feeders and heavy-load distribution circuits against overload, short-circuit and earth fault. ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 is widely used in industrial main switchboards, building power centers and power distribution systems requiring high breaking capacity.
Features
ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 supports interchangeable electronic trip units with adjustable protection curves for LSI or LSIG protection logic. It adopts robust metal frame structure and arc extinguishing chamber design to achieve high short-circuit breaking performance. The front operating handle provides clear ON/OFF and trip indication for on-site status checking. ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 can be equipped with optional accessories including auxiliary contacts, shunt trip, undervoltage release and motor operator for remote control and alarm signal output. It complies with IEC 60947-2 standard and has stable performance under continuous load and frequent switching conditions. The serial number 8277 is used for product traceability and spare part identification. ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 supports front or rear connection options and can be integrated into fixed switchgear cabinets for primary power inlet protection.
Specs
Brand: ABB Model: SACE F1 Serial number: 8277 Product category: Air circuit breaker Series: Megamax F Structure type: Fixed mounted Applicable standard: IEC 60947-2 Protection type: LSI / LSIG (depends on fitted trip unit) Accessory options: Auxiliary contact, shunt trip, undervoltage release, motor operator Installation: Installed in main low voltage switchboard
Principle
ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 samples current signals from the built-in current transformers and transmits data to the electronic trip unit. The trip unit compares real-time current values with preset protection thresholds. When overload, short-circuit or earth fault occurs, the trip unit sends a signal to release the mechanical operating mechanism, the main contacts open and cut off the fault circuit. ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 isolates the downstream load to avoid severe damage to cables and electrical equipment. Auxiliary contacts change state synchronously to send fault signals to PLC and SCADA monitoring systems.
Applications
ABB SACE F1 S/N:8277 is used for primary power distribution protection. It is commonly applied in factory main power distribution rooms, commercial building power centers, water treatment plants, chemical and metallurgical switchboards. It serves as the incoming breaker for transformer low-voltage side and protects large motor feeders and busbar sections. It is also used for equipment renovation and spare replacement of old Megamax F series switchgear.
