Overview The LOYTEC LIOB-590 is a compact IP-based programmable automation station for building management systems, supporting LonMark and BACnet/IP protocols. Equipped with 20 bidirectional universal I/O channels configurable as input or output, it serves as a room controller for up to 2 room segments, widely stocked as spare for HVAC and intelligent building automation.

Features This LIOB-590 supports programming via L-STUDIO complying with IEC 61131-3 and IEC 61499 standards. The LIOB-590 integrates dual Ethernet ports, 128×64 backlit graphic display plus jog dial for local operation, built-in web server, alarming, scheduling and trending (AST™). It also supports Node.js for IoT integration and gateway functions with Smart Auto-Connect™. It can visualize customized graphic pages via LWEB series software.

Principle The controller executes automation logic programmed in L-STUDIO. It collects sensor signals from the field, drives actuators for HVAC control, exchanges data with the building management network, and stores alarm, trend and event records for maintenance.
