ABB ACS880-01-052A-5

The ACS880-01-052A-5 is a wall-mounted single drive from ABB ACS880 series, rated 30kW, continuous output current 52A, three-phase input 380–500V AC. This ACS880-01-052A-5 adopts ABB patented DTC direct torque control, supporting induction motors, permanent magnet motors and synchronous reluctance motors. The ACS880-01-052A-5 comes with STO safe torque off as standard, suitable for heavy-duty and variable torque industrial loads.

This ACS880-01-052A-5 frame size R4, standard IP21 protection grade, optional IP55 version. It supports multiple optional communication modules including Profinet, Profibus DP, EtherNet/IP and Modbus RTU for connection with PLC, HMI and SCADA systems. Built-in functions include PID, sequence control, flying shear and master-follower synchronization. The control panel with USB port supports local parameter setup, fault log reading and parameter copy. It integrates comprehensive protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, earth fault and stall protection.
