## Main Functions

1. Convert the on-site 24VDC to isolated 5VDC, providing safe and stable power supply for the backplane and I/O, CPU of the HIMA system.

2. Built-in overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and overheat protection. Faults will automatically shut off the output.

3. Support hot-swappable modules, allowing for on-site replacement without affecting system operation.

4. Comes with status indicator lights, green for normal, red for fault alarm.

5. Supports on-site fine-tuning of output voltage to meet the system's power supply accuracy requirements. 

## Installation and Usage Notes

1. Ensure there is sufficient cooling space above and below the guide rails, and keep them away from strong interference devices such as frequency converters and contactors.

2. The 24V input uses an independent voltage stabilizing power supply and should not share the same power line with high-power loads.

3. The cabinet is well grounded, with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4Ω. The signal shielding wire is grounded at one end on the rack side.

4. When using redundant parallel connection, the output voltages of the two modules should be kept consistent to avoid internal circulation.

5. During daily inspections, check the status of the indicator lights. Regularly check for any looseness, oxidation, or condensation on the terminals.

6. If a module is damaged, it can be directly replaced with a module of the same model without the need to modify the wiring and program.
