MODICON 416NHM21200 PCMCIA Modbus Plus Adapter

MODICON 416NHM21200 is a high-performance network adapter for legacy Modicon PLC automation systems. This network adapter is a PCMCIA Type II interface card supporting Modbus Plus token-passing network at 1Mbps transmission speed. The network adapter adopts RS485 physical layer and built-in bus termination matching circuit. This network adapter supports stable continuous operation in chemical, power, water treatment and process manufacturing production lines.

It serves as a core protocol gateway to connect old portable programming laptops with Modbus Plus PLC network. The protocol gateway enables Modsoft programming, online monitoring, parameter upload and download for Modicon 984, Quantum and Momentum controllers. This protocol gateway provides LED indicators for network activity and fault diagnosis. The protocol gateway is matched with DB9 Modbus Plus bus connector and dedicated driver software.
