MODICON 140ARI03010 RTD Analog Input Module

MODICON 140ARI03010 is a high-performance input module for Modicon Quantum PLC automation systems. This input module features 8 differential channels for Pt and Ni RTD temperature sensors including Pt100, Pt1000, Ni100, Ni1000. The input module adopts 13-bit high-resolution conversion and channel isolation design. This input module supports stable continuous operation in chemical, heating, energy and process manufacturing production lines.

It serves as a core temperature collector to convert resistance signals from RTD probes into digital temperature values for the PLC backplane. The temperature collector supports 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire sensor wiring modes. This temperature collector detects wire breakage and over-range fault and triggers local LED alarm indication. The temperature collector is fully compatible with Modicon Quantum rack-based PLC systems.
