MODICON AS-B882-239 High Speed Counter Module

MODICON AS-B882-239 is a high-performance counter module for Modicon 800 / 984 series PLC automation systems. This counter module is a 2-channel independent high-speed counter card for encoder pulse and high-frequency signal acquisition. The counter module adopts industrial vibration-resistant circuit and signal isolation design. This counter module supports stable long-running operation in conveying, packaging, machine tool and material handling production lines.

It serves as a core pulse collector to capture pulse signals from rotary encoders and proximity sensors. The pulse collector calculates speed, position and workpiece count and uploads data to the PLC backplane. This pulse collector supports preset value comparison and trigger output for position homing and cut-off control. The pulse collector is fully compatible with Modicon 984 rack systems.
