III. Functional Characteristics

IV. Installation and Wiring Tips

Installation: 4TE slot, tighten the fixing screws to ensure reliable backplane connection. Connecting the wires

Current (4–20mA): Sensor +→CHx+, -→CHx-, no resistor required.

Voltage (0–10V): Sensor +→CHx+, -→CHx-, signal ground is common to module ground.

Shielded wire: Single-ended grounding (module side), to avoid circulating interference.

Configuration: Set channel type, range, filtering and alarm threshold in software, and download for effect.

F6216/F6216A: 4-channel AI, 10-pin terminal

F6217: 8-channel AI, 28-pin terminal, double the number of channels, suitable for multi-measurement point scenarios
