VERIPOS LID3S

VERIPOS LID3S is a precision gnss positioning receiver module developed for offshore dynamic positioning and hydrographic survey vessels. The gnss positioning receiver module captures multi-constellation satellite signals and receives VERIPOS PPP correction data for high-accuracy position calculation. This gnss positioning receiver module outputs longitude, latitude, speed and heading data to vessel DP and navigation control systems. The gnss positioning receiver module adopts marine-grade hardware design to resist salt spray, vibration and electromagnetic interference on offshore assets.

This unit carries out satellite correction data processing to realize centimeter or decimeter level real-time positioning. The satellite correction data processing accepts VERIPOS Ultra / Apex satellite broadcast differential correction messages. The satellite correction data processing continuously monitors signal quality and triggers alarms for satellite signal degradation. The satellite correction data processing supplies stable position reference for vessel dynamic positioning operations.

This VERIPOS spare is an essential offshore positioning spare for DP and survey navigation cabinet overhaul.
