JDC MBIQ-02

JDC MBIQ-02 is a rugged marine analog input pcb card for classic JDC marine generator and power management monitoring system. The marine analog input pcb card continuously receives 4-20mA process signals from pressure, temperature and current transmitters onboard vessels. This marine analog input pcb card converts analog field signals to digital data and communicates with main controller rack for generator logic supervision. The marine analog input pcb card adopts conformal coated PCB layout to resist salt mist, vibration and electromagnetic interference in marine engine room environments.

This board performs multi-channel analog process signal conditioning for marine power equipment monitoring. The multi-channel analog process signal conditioning compensates reading deviation and detects wire break faults automatically. The multi-channel analog process signal conditioning triggers audible and visual alarms once measured parameters exceed safety thresholds. The multi-channel analog process signal conditioning supports data communication with vessel alarm panel and remote monitoring host.
