KONGSBERG RDIOR420
KONGSBERG RDIOR420 is a remote digital input/output and relay module for KONGSBERG K-Chief marine automation system. This digital I/O relay module contains 16 configurable solid-state DI/DO channels and 16 relay channels to connect field switches, sensors and valve actuators. The digital I/O relay module exchanges digital status and control commands with RCU controllers via redundant RBUS process bus. The digital I/O relay module supports line fault detection, short-circuit protection and fail-safe output action upon communication loss. The digital I/O relay module serves as vital spare part for engine room machinery alarm, power management and valve control cabinet maintenance.

This RDIOR420 unit adopts galvanically isolated communication ports and full module self-diagnosis function with status LED indicators.
