HYUNDAI ACONIS 2000E

Description

HYUNDAI ACONIS 2000E
HYUNDAI ACONIS 2000E is an integrated machinery control and monitoring system developed by Hyundai Heavy Industries for unmanned machinery space (UMS) onboard merchant vessels. This marine monitoring system collects real-time data from engine room sensors, generators and auxiliary machinery. The marine monitoring system processes alarm signals, trend logs and machinery status for bridge and local operator workstations. The marine monitoring system supports power management, ballast and cargo tank monitoring with redundant server architecture. The marine monitoring system serves as core automation platform for vessel machinery safety supervision and control.

This ACONIS 2000E system adopts redundant 10/100Mbps Ethernet and ARCnet fieldbus for reliable field communication. ACONIS 2000E supports PID closed-loop control, event logging and historical trend recording for equipment performance analysis. ACONIS 2000E provides distributed I/O controllers, operator touch screens and remote alarm extension panels. ACONIS 2000E complies with international marine requirements for UMS class vessels and ship classification rules.

As complete ship automation solution, this HYUNDAI platform maintains stable operation under engine room vibration, humidity and salt mist. HYUNDAI ACONIS series automation systems are widely fitted on bulk carriers, container ships and tankers. HYUNDAI marine automation spare parts cover I/O modules, workstations and communication boards for system overhaul. HYUNDAI integrated monitoring systems are trusted solutions for legacy vessel UMS and PMS retrofit projects.
