Record Net 16 Product Description
Record Net 16, also named RecordNet 16 channel industrial data recorder, is a network type paperless recording unit for industrial process monitoring system. It is designed to collect, store and upload multi-channel process data, supporting continuous data logging for old automation equipment renovation.

This recorder delivers reliable data logging for process control tasks. The data logging supports up to 16 channels of analog and digital signal acquisition. The data logging realizes real-time trend curve display and historical data storage. Stable data logging completes long-term parameter recording for production process equipment.

The built-in acquisition circuit achieves steady signal sampling. The signal sampling accepts standard 4-20mA, 0-10V and thermal sensor signals. The signal sampling supports Ethernet network data upload for remote viewing. Accurate signal sampling ensures process records follow site monitoring requirements.

Panel embedded mounting brings convenient equipment fitting. Equipment fitting can be embedded into control cabinet front panel. Equipment fitting connects field sensors and Ethernet network via rear terminal block. Flexible equipment fitting is widely used for legacy Record Net series spare replacement.

Record Net 16 supports over-limit alarm, data backup and remote status monitoring function, equipped with Ethernet RJ45 port and multi-channel signal terminals. It has LCD touch screen for parameter setup and data browsing. Widely applied in chemical equipment, furnace systems and water treatment production lines.
