V. Usage Tips (Installation / Wiring / Configuration)

Installation: Insert into the backplane slot of the F3 rack, snap lock; leave 20mm clearance above and below for heat dissipation, away from strong electricity / frequency conversion interference, explosion-proof area should comply with ATEX installation specifications.

Power Supply: 24VDC regulated power supply, positive and negative terminals; FG protective ground and explosion-proof shielded ground are reliably grounded separately to reduce EMC interference and explosion risk.

Output Wiring: 6 AO terminals connect to explosion-proof transmitters (such as F6221) positive terminals, common terminal connects to negative terminals, shield layer is grounded at one end; each channel load ≤ 600Ω, non-explosion-proof equipment must not be connected.

Configuration (SILworX): Add F3325 to the hardware; define channel signal type (4-20mA), range, fault response (hold / safe state), explosion-proof parameters; compile and download to CPU.

Maintenance: Regularly check terminal tightening, LED status, explosion-proof sealing; faults are diagnosed and located through software; support hot swap replacement without shutdown, explosion-proof area maintenance requires power-off and electrical testing.

Compatibility: Can be paired with F3311/F3313/F3318 CPU and F32xx DI module in the same rack; when replacing, update configuration, no need to modify wiring, explosion-proof certification needs to match.
