PNOZ 11 Product Description Pilz PNOZ 11, also named PNOZ11 safety relay module, is a dual-channel safety switching device for industrial safety control system. It is designed for emergency stop and safety door monitoring, supporting safety circuit protection for old automation equipment renovation.

This relay delivers reliable safety monitoring for machine control tasks. The safety monitoring supports single or dual channel safety signal detection. The safety monitoring realizes emergency stop and safety gate status judgment. Stable safety monitoring completes safe circuit cut-off for mechanical equipment.

The built-in safety circuit achieves steady contact switching. The contact switching provides 7 safety normally open contacts and 1 auxiliary normally closed contact. The contact switching supports forced-guided relay contact output. Accurate contact switching ensures protection action according to safety logic.

DIN rail mounting structure brings convenient cabinet installation. Cabinet installation can be directly clipped on control cabinet DIN rail. Cabinet installation connects safety sensors and power via screw terminal block. Flexible cabinet installation is widely used for legacy PNOZ series relay spare replacement.

PNOZ 11 supports short-circuit detection and external contactor feedback monitoring function, equipped with screw terminal block for field wiring.
