V. User Manual (Operation Points)

Installation and Fixation

Insert the module into the F3 series chassis backplane slot, push in the latch to lock; leave a 20mm heat dissipation gap above and below, away from strong electricity / frequency conversion interference.

Power Connection

Connect to a 24VDC regulated power supply, corresponding positive and negative terminals; reliable grounding of FG protective ground to reduce EMC interference.

Output Connection

16 DO terminals are connected to the field equipment (electromagnetic valve / relay coil positive pole), the common terminal is connected to the negative pole of 24VDC; each channel current ≤ 0.5A, to avoid overload.

Software Configuration (SILworX)

Add F3322 in hardware configuration; define each channel usage (interlock / alarm / drive); configure fault response (hold / safety state); compile and download to CPU.

Daily Maintenance

Regularly check terminal tightening and LED status; faults are located by software diagnosis for channels; support hot swap replacement without shutdown.

Compatibility and Replacement

Can be paired with F3311/F3313/F3318 CPU and F32xx DI module in the same chassis; when replacing, update the configuration without modifying the wiring.
