BRM-4S is Vickers (Moog) BRM series single-axis brushless AC servo amplifier, designed to drive Vickers brushless servo motors for high-performance industrial motion control. It accepts ±10V analog command signal from external controller to realize speed and torque closed-loop regulation. Widely deployed on CNC machine tools, hydraulic test benches, metal forming machinery and special automation equipment. It is an end-of-life spare part for legacy Vickers servo motion platforms.

This rack-mounted servo drive adopts IP20 protection class and is installed inside industrial control cabinets. Multiple current grades are available under BRM-4S series, covering continuous current from 2.5A up to 70A, supporting rated motor speed up to 5000RPM. It integrates built-in commutation logic for brushless motors, encoder feedback interface and analog closed-loop circuit. Gain, offset and maximum current can be adjusted via potentiometers on board for on-site commissioning. It supports forward/reverse rotation and current foldback limiting function to protect motors under overload conditions.

Front panel LED indicators display power status, servo ready and fault alarms for fast on-site troubleshooting. Built-in protection functions include overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage and thermal protection to avoid hardware damage caused by load shock and power fluctuation. Analog command port and encoder port adopt noise suppression design to resist electromagnetic interference from hydraulic valves and inverters. Operating temperature range is 0~50℃, suitable for continuous operation in machine shop environments. It works with resolver or incremental encoder for closed-loop speed and position control.
