JX2-SV1 belongs to Jetter JX2 JetWeb rack expansion module family, DIN rail mounting, communicates with JetControl CPU via JX2 system bus, external DC24V supply for encoder and I/O circuits. It provides ±10V analog speed/position command for external servo drives. Encoder interface supports 5V differential incremental encoder (max 500kHz) and SSI absolute encoder for real-time position feedback, complete closed-loop axis control.

Integrated dedicated axis digital I/O: axis enable, reference home input, positive/negative overtravel limit. Programming and axis parameter configuration are implemented in JetSym software. It supports electronic gearing, electronic cam and multi-segment positioning sequence control. Front panel LED indicators display module running, JX2 bus communication and axis fault alarm for fast on-site troubleshooting. Protection grade IP20 for cabinet installation, operating temperature 0~55℃.

JX2-SV1 is obsolete Jetter analog servo axis spare module. Many old automation machines still adopt Jetter JetControl + JX2-SV1 analog servo system.
