Ambient rating:0℃~+50℃ operating, -20℃~+70℃ storage, RH5%~95% non-condensing; HALT accelerated aging certified design
Interface & Communication Configuration
Rear panel:IEC-C13 AC power inlet, chassis power switch, cooling fan exhaust, equipment grounding terminal
Backplane bus:standard PXI parallel bus + CompactPCI compatible bus, plug-and-play for NI & third-party PXI/CPCI modules
Software driver:works with NI-DAQmx, LabVIEW, TestStand, NI-SWITCH; no extra driver needed for chassis hardware itself
Mount option:standard desktop foot pads + rear rack ear for 19-inch 4U cabinet installation
Core Functions
Mechanical carrier & unified power supply for PXI DAQ/switch/arbitrary waveform generator modules
Backplane integrated synchronous 10MHz reference clock + full trigger routing, multi-card synchronous sampling without external clock wiring
Temperature adaptive fan speed regulation, reduce ambient noise for acoustic-sensitive vibration/NVH measurement test
Mixed compatibility for PXI and CompactPCI industrial control modules, flexible system configuration
Built-in overvoltage/overcurrent power protection to prevent module burnout from grid surge fluctuation
Application Scenarios
Laboratory small-scale sensor data acquisition, desktop vibration/NVH noise testing, university teaching measurement platform, small batch product automated functional test, legacy PXI system spare chassis replacement, portable field measurement cabinet assembly
Operation & Maintenance Notes
Keep chassis side ventilation grille unblocked for intake airflow; install chassis at least 5cm clearance around cooling vents; power off before hot swapping PXI modules; regular dust cleaning for rear fan and internal filter net; avoid stacking heavy equipment above chassis top cover.
