Product Introduction SCXI-1160(PN:776572-60, Rev:182139D-01)is discontinued NI SCXI platform universal relay switching module, equipped with 16 independent Form-C SPDT bistable latching relays, low contact resistance & ultra-low thermal offset, dedicated for analog signal routing, circuit switching and medium-power load control, compatible with SCXI-1000/SCXI-1001 chassis, matched with NI E/M series DAQ & DIO acquisition boards, only surplus aftermarket spare supply currently.

Operation & Maintenance Notes

Cut off chassis power before module hot plug/unplug; add freewheeling diode for inductive load (solenoid, coil) at terminal to avoid contact arc ablation; prohibit simultaneous energization of set/reset two coils of single relay; regularly check terminal screw tightness to prevent poor contact oxidation; avoid overloading rated current of relay contact.
