Product Introduction 5466-316 belongs to Woodward 5400/MicroNet series high-density integrated analog combo card, multi-signal composite I/O module specially designed for steam/gas turbine governing control rack, integrates speed pickup input, analog acquisition, analog regulation output and proportional actuator driving circuit in single plug-in board, cooperates with main CPU 5501-470 to complete turbine rotating speed sampling, process parameter collection and fuel valve proportional drive control.

Rotational speed signal acquisition: Collect turbine MPU pickup speed signal, transmit real-time rotating speed data to system CPU for closed-loop speed governing calculation.

Process analog monitoring: Collect boiler pressure, exhaust temperature, gas flow 4-20mA field signals for unit load calculation and interlock judgment.

Auxiliary loop analog regulation: Output 4-20mA analog signal to control bypass valve, air-fuel ratio regulating valve and other auxiliary actuators.

Fuel actuator direct drive: Dual-channel proportional driver output directly drives turbine fuel hydraulic actuator to realize fuel flow continuous adjustment, core executing component of governing system.

Channel self-diagnosis: Automatically detect open/short circuit of each field wiring, trigger corresponding fault lamp and upload alarm information to mainframe CPU.

Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Install standard I/O slot of MicroNet main/expansion rack, all field analog and speed wiring must connect with supporting FTM terminal base, forbid direct wiring on card terminal.

Annual maintenance: Clean backplane golden finger and front indicator dust with dry compressed air, inspect FTM wiring terminal tightness and shielding cable grounding status.

Troubleshooting: Single channel fault check field sensor and cable; full card fault light on inspect chassis 24V backplane power; replace spare 5466-316 directly after power cut-off.

Replacement requirement: Cut off cabinet control power before plugging/unplugging; new module no parameter download required after installation, auto-identify chassis bus configuration.
