Interface and Communication Configuration

Front Interface: built-in color graphic LCD screen + full function operation keypad, E-stop, start/stop shortcut keys, four status LED(CPU run, IO fault, general alarm, turbine trip)

Rear Terminal: all I/O wiring screw terminals, power supply terminal, dual communication port:

RS485 Modbus-RTU for field device interconnection;

Ethernet Modbus-TCP/OPC UA for upper DCS system data upload.

Core Function

Multi-loop PID control: five independent PID including speed/load main PID, extraction cascade PID, two auxiliary PID for auxiliary pressure/flow regulation, realize extraction condensing turbine compound control.

Dual actuator split-range control: support high-pressure valve + extraction valve split adjustment for double actuators turbine unit.

Multi-mode operation: Isochronous/Droop/Remote analog setpoint control switching, manual/automatic bumpless switch of valve output.

Full self-diagnosis: real-time monitor CPU, I/O circuit, power supply fault, store historical trip & fault code for onsite inquiry via front panel.

Remote setpoint access: receive 4–20mA analog remote speed/load command from central control room DCS system.

Applicable Scenarios

Back-pressure/extraction condensing steam turbine genset, waste heat power generation turbine, petrochemical compressor driving steam turbine, paper mill self-generation unit, small-medium combined cycle power plant turbine control cabinet core controller.

Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Install away from high-power inverter and strong magnetic equipment to avoid analog signal interference and control fluctuation.

Periodically tighten rear terminal wiring, prevent loose contact leading to actuator output abnormal or communication dropout.

Replacement must use original 8200-1300; download original parameter program after hardware replacement before unit commissioning startup.

Blank screen or communication failure troubleshooting: first verify 24VDC input voltage, then check communication wiring polarity and DCS address matching.
