Applicable Scenarios

Chemical factory self-owned power station multi-unit genset, waste heat gas turbine generator control system, marine genset parallel cabinet, peak-shaving backup power plant, data center emergency standby power unit, biogas generator set synchronization control.

Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Install away from inverter, high-power contactor and strong electromagnetic interference source; prevent dust, moisture and corrosive gas entering cabinet.

Periodically inspect and fasten rear wiring terminals, avoid loose CT/PT wiring causing sampling deviation and abnormal paralleling action.

Replacement spare part must adopt original 8440-2145; download backup configuration parameters via ToolKit software after replacement before commissioning startup.

Abnormal synchronization/load unbalance fault: firstly check PT/CT secondary wiring and engine ECU CAN bus connection; call up historical fault record on controller screen to locate fault source.
