Product Description The DIAX03-ELS-05VRS-MS is a logic and safety control module for the DIAX03 motion control platform. Based on DIAX03-ELS-05VRS standard version, it adds extended motion safety functions. It works cooperatively with DDS3.1 series servo drives to manage axis logic, safety interlocks and specialized motion protection for multi-axis automation systems.
