Core Functions

Current, speed and position three-loop control ensures stable and high-precision motion performance.

Dual feedback compatibility adapts to different types of servo motors.

Compact internal cooling structure fits narrow cabinet installation.

Complete protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback signal loss.

Supports torque, speed and position control modes to meet diverse working requirements.

Modular design facilitates daily maintenance and function expansion.

Application Scenarios

Medium-load main and auxiliary axes of CNC machine tools

Textile, printing and packaging machinery with medium load demand

Automated assembly lines, gantry systems and conveying equipment

DIAX02 system renovation and replacement projects requiring 50 A continuous current

Automation equipment with limited cabinet space and no external cooling conditions

Usage and Maintenance

Maintain smooth air circulation inside the cabinet to guarantee heat dissipation effect.

Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C to avoid performance decline.

Complete wiring of power, feedback and control circuits before power-on.

Set parameters via IndraWorks according to actual motor and load conditions.

Clean heat dissipation components and air passages every six months, and inspect terminal connections regularly.

Calibrate control loops and feedback signals once a year to maintain long-term stable operation.
