Core Functions

Current, speed and position three-loop control ensures stable motion performance.

Resolver feedback features strong anti-interference, adapting to harsh industrial environments.

Compact internal cooling structure fits installation in narrow cabinets.

Complete protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback signal loss.

Supports torque, speed and position control modes.

Modular design facilitates daily maintenance and function expansion.

Application Scenarios

Low-power auxiliary axes of CNC machine tools

Light-duty textile, printing and packaging machinery operating in strong interference environments

Small conveying equipment and simple automated production lines

DIAX02 system renovation projects using resolver-type servo motors

General light-load automation equipment with limited cabinet space

Usage and Maintenance

Maintain smooth air circulation inside the cabinet to ensure heat dissipation.

Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C to prevent performance reduction.

Complete wiring of power, resolver feedback and control circuits before power-on.

Set parameters via IndraWorks according to actual motor and load conditions.

Clean heat dissipation components and air passages every six months, and inspect terminal connections regularly.

Calibrate control loops and resolver signals once a year to maintain stable operation.
