Standard digital feedback guarantees high control precision and reliable signal transmission.
Enhanced cooling system ensures continuous stable operation under high current output.
Modular design supports flexible function expansion and convenient on-site maintenance.
Comprehensive protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheating and feedback signal loss.
Supports torque, speed and position control modes for various ultra-high-power motion applications.
Application Scenarios
Super large heavy-duty CNC machine tools and heavy machining centers
Extra heavy-load robotic equipment and large automated production lines
Metallurgical machinery, large lifting and material handling equipment
Heavy industrial forming and forging machinery
Ultra-high-power multi-axis servo systems and equipment retrofitting projects
Usage and Maintenance
Install the drive vertically and ensure sufficient ventilation inside the cabinet.
Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C during operation.
Complete wiring of DC bus, control power, motor cable and feedback cable before commissioning. Configure parameters via IndraWorks software.
Clean internal fan and heat sink every 6 months, and inspect terminal connections periodically. Calibrate control loops every 2 years to maintain stable operation.
