Product Description The DDS02.1-W150-DS01-00 is an ultra-high-power modular digital AC servo drive from Bosch Rexroth DDS02.1 series for DIAX02 system. It adopts cabinet internal air cooling with 150 A continuous rated current and DS01 standard SERCOS digital bus interface. Equipped with base hardware version 00, the independent firmware module needs to be ordered separately. It delivers reliable high-speed synchronous control for heavy-load multi-axis industrial equipment.

Usage and Maintenance

Install the drive vertically and ensure adequate ventilation inside the cabinet.
Keep ambient temperature below 45 °C during operation.
Install the matched firmware module and complete wiring of DC bus, control power, motor cable, feedback cable and SERCOS bus before commissioning. Configure parameters via IndraWorks software.
Clean internal fan and heat sink every 6 months, and inspect terminal connections periodically. Calibrate control loops every 2 years to maintain stable operation.
