DDC1.1-N100A-DG04-00 (Bosch Rexroth Indramat) Product Overview Medium-power servo drive with IP65 natural cooling, equipped with digital parallel command interface. Standard version without pre-installed firmware, for digital pulse/direction control applications.

Description

Model Definition

DDC1.1 refers to DDC series hardware version V1.1, IP65 air-cooled platform. N100A means standard layout, continuous and peak output current 100A. DG04: D for digital encoder feedback, G for digital pulse command interface, 04 for enhanced digital pulse control type. Suffix 00 stands for basic function version, no factory preloaded firmware.

Technical Specifications

3-phase AC input 380–480 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz, 15 kVA. Continuous output current 100 A, peak output current 100 A. Rated power 4.5 kW, peak power 9 kW. PWM carrier frequency 4 kHz. Integrated braking unit with peak power 20 kW and continuous power 0.5 kW. Protection class IP65. Operating temperature range +5 °C to +45 °C for rated operation, derating required above +55 °C. Weight approx. 22 kg, dimensions 550 × 180 × 320 mm. No performance derating below installation altitude 1000 m.

Interfaces & Communication

Motor feedback port for digital encoder, compatible with MDD and MKD100A series servo motors. Control interface adopts digital pulse & direction command. RS232 service port for parameter setup via DDS2PC software. Built-in 15 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs at 24 VDC level. U1-U3 expansion slots for optional fieldbus modules.

Key Features

Supports position, speed and torque three-loop control. Digital pulse input realizes high-precision position control, compatible with mainstream pulse-type controllers. Equipped with soft limit, homing and electronic gearing functions. Complete protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, short circuit and phase loss. Parameters are stored in non-volatile memory. Firmware needs to be purchased and programmed separately before operation.

Application

Machine tool feed axes and positioning axes controlled by pulse command. General automation equipment requiring high-precision positioning. On-site replacement and maintenance of old DDC series drives, matched with MDD100A / MKD100A servo motors.
