DDC01.2‑N200A‑DS01a (Bosch Rexroth Indramat)
Product Overview
High-power digital servo drive of DDC01.2 series, natural air cooling and IP65 protection. It adopts SERCOS fiber-optic bus control with enhanced anti-interference design, designed for real-time multi-axis motion systems. Firmware is not pre-installed.
Description
Model Definition
DDC01.2 stands for DDC series with hardware version V1.2, IP65 air-cooled platform. N200A means peak output current 200 A with natural convection cooling. DS01a: D refers to digital encoder/resolver feedback, S stands for SERCOS fiber-optic bus interface, 01a is upgraded version of standard DS01 with improved electromagnetic compatibility. No FW suffix indicates firmware needs separate installation.
Technical Specifications
Input power 3-phase AC 220–230 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz, 22.5 kVA. Continuous output current 45 A, peak output current 200 A. Continuous rated power 7.5 kW, peak power 33 kW. PWM carrier frequency 4 kHz. Integrated braking unit with peak power 40 kW and continuous power 1.0 kW. Protection class IP65. Operating temperature +5 °C to +45 °C for rated operation, derating required above +55 °C. Weight approx. 22 kg, dimensions 517 × 165 × 298 mm. No performance derating below installation altitude 1000 m.
Interfaces & Communication
Motor feedback port supports digital encoder and resolver, compatible with MDD and MKD series servo motors. Control interface is dedicated SERCOS fiber-optic bus for high-speed real-time command transmission. RS232 debug port for parameter setting via DDS2PC software. Equipped with 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs at 24 VDC level. U1 to U5 slots are reserved for optional fieldbus modules.
Key Features
Supports position, speed and torque three-loop control modes. Retains basic motion functions including single-axis positioning and master-slave follow-up. Optimized circuit design delivers stronger anti-interference capability for harsh industrial environments. Built-in regenerative braking unit ensures stable energy dissipation during deceleration. Integrated fault diagnosis and alarm system. Parameters are stored in non-volatile memory without loss after power cut.
Applications
Machine tool feed axes and spindles equipped with SERCOS bus system. Multi-axis synchronous production lines in packaging, textile and general automation industries. On-site replacement and maintenance of original DDC series servo drives. Matched with Rexroth MDD200A and MKD200A high-power servo motors.
Difference from DDC01.2‑N200A‑DS01
DS01 is standard SERCOS version for general industrial environments. DS01a adds enhanced anti-interference circuits, suitable for working sites with strong electromagnetic interference.
Notice
This unit is delivered without preloaded firmware. Corresponding dedicated firmware must be purchased and programmed before commissioning.
