Woodward 9907‑252 is a 24VDC high‑precision load‑sharing module, compatible with both Woodward and non‑Woodward engine speed governors. It realizes real‑power load balance for parallel‑running diesel/gas generator sets, supports isochronous & droop control modes, and works with Woodward SPM‑A synchronizer for genset synchronization. Widely used in marine power stations, industrial off‑grid power plants, oil‑gas field power systems and backup power control.

Description

Core Functions

  1. Dual load‑sharing modes: isochronous mode for isolated bus parallel operation; droop mode for grid‑connected load regulation, droop range 0–11% speed reduction.

  2. Adopts 3‑phase CT/PT sampling, outputs 0.5–4.5 VDC analog speed‑trim signal to adjust governor fuel output, load‑sharing accuracy up to ±1% rated load.

  3. Compatible with Woodward 2301A series governors and non‑Woodward engine control systems.

  4. Built‑in load gain & droop adjustment, supports multi‑unit genset parallel power management.

  5. Anti‑interference, shock‑resistant design, adapts to marine and heavy‑duty industrial harsh environments.
