WOODWARD 8239‑016 is a high‑performance integrated digital synchronizer & load‑sharing module of the DSM series. It combines automatic three‑parameter synchronization (frequency, phase angle, voltage) and real‑power load‑sharing functions for AC generators. It sends raise/lower contact signals and analog bias signals to governors and AVRs, realizing seamless grid‑connection and stable parallel operation of multiple generating units. Widely applied to steam/gas turbines, diesel/gas engine‑driven gensets, industrial cogeneration, oil‑gas and marine power systems.
