WOODWARD 8239‑005 is a microprocessor‑based high‑precision DSM digital synchronizer module, designed for three‑phase AC generator automatic grid‑connection paralleling. It realizes full‑parameter matching of frequency, phase angle and voltage, outputs analog/PWM bias signals or dry‑contact raise/lower signals to speed governors and AVRs, and is compatible with Woodward 505, 2301 series control systems. Widely used in steam/gas turbines, diesel/gas engine‑driven gensets, power plants, industrial cogeneration and marine power systems.
