WOODWARD 8239‑001 is a DSM Small‑Size Digital Synchronizer Module (basic frequency‑phase synchronization model, without voltage matching function). It automatically matches generator frequency and phase angle with the power grid bus, outputs raise/lower contact signals to the speed governor, and realizes seamless grid‑connection synchronization. Widely matched with Woodward 505, 2301 series governors and AVR regulators, applied to steam/gas turbines, diesel/gas engine‑driven generator sets in power plants, industrial cogeneration and marine power systems.
