WOODWARD 8236‑144D is a 2301D Series Digital Speed & Load Governor Controller, microprocessor‑based and upgraded version of 8236‑144. It is specially designed for single‑valve small‑size steam/gas turbines, turbo expanders, diesel and gas engine generator sets, providing integrated speed governing, load control, overspeed protection and valve‑position closed‑loop control. It is widely applied in waste‑heat power plants, industrial cogeneration, oil & gas and marine power systems.
