WOODWARD 8200‑216 is a ProTech‑G3 / ProTech 203 Series Digital Overspeed Trip Module, an independent hard‑wired safety protection device manufactured by Woodward USA. It provides triple‑modular redundant overspeed monitoring and trip protection for steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, diesel engines and generator sets, isolated from the main governor control system to prevent equipment runaway accidents.
